Assoc. Prof. Dr. Gözde Sezen Gültekin delivered a comprehensive lecture on sustainable development to postgraduate students within the scope of the SUSTAIN EU program. In the lecture, she emphasized that sustainability should be evaluated not only from an environmental perspective but also through its economic, social, and cultural dimensions. Throughout the session, the fundamental principles of sustainable development were examined in collaboration with students, while global challenges faced in today’s world and proposed solutions to these issues were also discussed. The interactive learning environment enriched the class through active student participation, and diverse perspectives contributed to a more multidimensional understanding of the topic. This comprehensive approach aimed to raise students’ awareness of sustainable development and to support their future academic and professional endeavors.
